These terms govern your use of Smart Lot AI. By using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility

Smart Lot AI is intended for licensed used-car dealerships in California. Access is granted by invitation or administrator approval only.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for legitimate dealership operations.
• Do not share login credentials or attempt to access another dealership's workspace.
• Do not submit or share illegal, infringing, or malicious content.

Data and ownership

You retain ownership of your dealership data. Smart Lot AI administrators maintain your dealership information and inventory on your behalf, stored and separated by dealership.

Termination

Smart Lot AI may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or at the request of an authorized dealership administrator.
